Terms of Service
Welcome, and thank you for choosing my life coaching and shamanic healing services. By booking or participating in any session, service, program, or package, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
Services may include life coaching, spiritual guidance, shamanic healing practices, meditation, shadow work, emotional support, energy work, mindset coaching, and personal development guidance.
These services are intended for personal growth, self-awareness, and spiritual support purposes only.
2. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
Life coaching and shamanic healing services are not a substitute for licensed medical care, psychological treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or emergency services.
I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental health conditions. Clients should seek licensed healthcare professionals for medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial concerns.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients understand they are fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, emotional well-being, and results from participating in services.
Healing and coaching outcomes vary from person to person, and no guarantees are made regarding specific results.
4. Payment Policy
Payment is required in full before services are provided unless otherwise agreed upon.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
5. Refund & Rescheduling
- No refunds will be issued for any services, sessions, packages, missed appointments, or no-shows.
- Clients may reschedule one (1) time with at least 24 hours notice.
- Technical or system issues lasting longer than 15 minutes that interrupt the session will qualify for a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge.
6. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Late arrivals may result in shortened session time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the session without refund or credit.
7. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm to yourself or others.
8. Spiritual Disclaimer
Shamanic healing and spiritual practices are personal and subjective experiences. Results and interpretations may vary. Clients participate voluntarily and understand that spiritual services are based on personal beliefs and practices.
9. Respectful Conduct
Abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal or termination of services without refund.
10. Changes to Services or Policies
Services, pricing, policies, and terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.
11. Agreement
By booking, paying for, or participating in services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
