Refund policy
Refund & Rescheduling Policy
By booking a life coaching or shamanic healing session, you agree to the following policy:
No Refunds
All payments are final. Due to the time, energy, preparation, and spiritual work involved in each session, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed appointments or dissatisfaction with services.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their appointment one (1) time with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled session.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the session.
- Only one reschedule is permitted per paid session/package.
System or Technical Issues
If a system glitch, internet outage, or technical issue lasts longer than 15 minutes and prevents the session from continuing, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited without refund or credit.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients’ appointments.
Agreement
Booking and payment for services confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
